This is hosted on the website of Mary S. Van Deusen, who seems to be the editor of the Journal where this article was published in. I really recommend looking at the other parts of her website[1], especially if you're interested in the history of computer science / programming [2]. Her YouTube Channel also contains interesting Videos [3]. I'm too young and did not live at that time, but I'm happy that she preserves these materials.
