Could you please elaborate? I would be especially glad if you linked a scientific research article about this. I'm also worried (but don't reject it outright) and I'd like to make my own opinion.

Genuinely curious because I'm completely outside of this realm of research, but who would fund a study looking to judge the health implications of 5G? Cynically I can't imagine it being good for someones career in academia to publish against mega-corps who I imagine fund the majority of research in related fields.

This is all cynical speculation though, hence the genuine curiosity. I really don't know.

There's a lot more users of millimeter waves, including crazy shit like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_Denial_System

No idea where people get this idea of "megacorps blocking information because profits", the electromagnetic spectrum and all its applications as well as potential harm that it can bring are all very well researched. Conspiracy thinking has its own unshakable logic, I guess.

the widespread usage of something does not say anything about its safety. It's fallacious to assume just because something is widespread, that it has been shown to be safe. This illogical mindset is how we ended up with lead paint and asbestos in most homes in the US at one point. Studies showed the dangers as early as 1904 yet congress didn't ban lead paint until 1971. One number I'm seeing is that 87% of homes built before 1940 have lead based paint.

Which waves are safe then?

Somewhere between most and none, depending on the amplitude.

I wanted the conspiracy guy to answer :)
