Emacs, Verb[0] and org-mode. An alternative to Verb would be restclient.el[1] but I like Verb more because it works as an extension to org-mode which is great for documentation. I have been using restclient-mode for years and really like it, but had never heard of verb -- thanks for the link!

verb looks like a game changer for this neanderthal that lives in org mode but copy/pastes curl instructions to the terminal.
