Packing the court is an unviable solution. Instead reduce the scope of the Federal Government. Have States compete with each other and people will favour the State that aligns with their values.
Abortion is a right. It's been established as a right since before the precious gun rights Americans are so fond of. So if protection of those rights can be enforced at the federal level, so can the protection of the right not to be forced to go through with an unwanted and potentially dangerous pregnancy.
