Is this definitely even the problem?

I got the non-vPro version and my battery drains just as fast.

Random things like my trackpad settings also don't persist when waking from sleep.

Honestly I hate this machine so far and deeply regret spending more than $1,600 on it. Linux support is surprisingly poor.
