I can't get it to scroll, neither one nor two fingers, so to view East Asia I have to zoom out a long way. Then I can select my locality, but it's nearly impossible to select a totality track without selecting a new location.

This is on a large-format Samsung tablet.

Ok. Good to know. It's a one finger scroll. Pinch to zoom.
