StackOverflow, GitHub/GitLab issues are a good alternative? Very rarely I just open up a question in Slack/Discord for some projects but I also get very rarely any answers, either I am lucky that someone else with the same issue there or it just stales forever or while I dig very deep and eventually find a solution.

GitHub apparently has a “Discussions” feature although I’ve never used it.
