This is where you'll have a doctor claiming they found a new treatment for a disease or some other discovery by manipulating data and not seeking peer review. Examples of this include the Andrew Wakefield who started the "vaccines cause autism" movement, and whatever doctor started claiming Ivermectin treats COVID.
