The risks of Vaccines is not limited to the AEFI caused by a proper preparation of the Vaccine, but also include the problems with manufacturing such as this as well...
According to Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare [1] it's a "substance that reacts to magnets", which "could be metal". Unfortunately, metallic contaminants have been found in many vaccines, so this would not be an uncommon quality control issue. [2]
This could lend some credence to the "COVID vaccine magnet challenge" that went viral in conspiracy theory circles. [3]

You couldn't be more wrong here.
This doesn't lend any credence to anything at all.
The false claims about covid vaccines and magnetism, was that people BECAME magnetic, so that spoons and other metal objects would cling to their bodies - NOT that they'd react to magnets.
And the claims were thoroughly debunked. NO ONE was able to show they were magnetic, after applying talcum.
The scam/idiocy was debunked with James Randi's test method from 2 decades ago.
> Over the past 10 days, foreign substances were discovered in 39 unused vials at eight vaccination sites in Japan. All the tainted vials were made in Spain and were shipped to Japan from late July.
> Japan's health ministry on Thursday decided to halt the use of about 1.63 million doses of the Moderna vaccine that were manufactured in the same factory in Spain at around the same time as the contaminated vials.
> The ministry says it has not received any reports of health damage from the vaccines.
Lonza is the big Moderna vaccine maker in Switzerland and they are heavily investing in expanding production of various medications. Such a contamination would be fatal for their business.
I just discovered that Moderna does not keep track of batches in the UK.
The contaminated batches given in Japan were made in Spain, the same place where my dose was made.
I called Moderna with my batch number and they said that they have no records of where it came from, or if it was contaminated.
They told me to call my doctor, but I’m not sure how that will help as in the UK most does are given at massive temporary clinics (the one I used has now closed).
Yes. My UK dose was made in Spain too (it said on the card I was given). However Moderna don’t keep records of exactly which doses might be contaminated (I called them yesterday with my batch ID)
"Lisa Shaw, who worked for BBC Radio Newcastle, died at the age of 44 in May after developing headaches a week after getting her first dose of the vaccine.
Newcastle coroner Karen Dilks heard Ms Shaw suffered blood clots in the brain which ultimately led to her death.
The inquest heard the condition linked to the AstraZeneca vaccine was very rare.
The coroner said: "Lisa died due to complications of an AstraZeneca Covid vaccination."
Ms Dilks said Ms Shaw was previously fit and well but concluded that it was "clearly established" that her death was due to a very rare "vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia", a condition which leads to swelling and bleeding of the brain."
Well known effect of the spike protein itself made by the mRNA. It causes damage to any endothelia cell type including in the blood vessels. This triggers a lymphocytic reaction that attacks the damage (the blood vessel walls that once expressing the mRNA now look like viruses to be destroyed) which induces clots and more cell damage.
Look up "microclots" and "Dimer D tests".
The COVID spike protein IS cytotoxic when expressed by any cell in the body (which happens with the mRNA "vaccine"). People who say otherwise are simply lying or so ignorant of basic molecular biology as to be irrelevant to the discussion.
Also, I wonder what the foreign substance was.
