full title == [Study shows low or undetectable immune response to double COVID-19 vaccination in patients with impaired immune systems]

unfortunately truncation often creates a misleading title; we should all be making an effort to indicate the intended message being communicated by a submission, whenever truncation is required.

The message is communicated by reading the article. As you stated the title was only truncated due to the limitations. I tried not to editorialize.

What else would you suggest in the title and what message would like to communicate?

i usually make a comment that is the full untruncated title if the truncated version looks like it could create a confusion. in this case the loss of [,,,with impaired immune systems] can create a misinterpretation, regarding efficacy of double dose vaccination producing low or undetectable immune response in patients as a general case, rather than the specific case of those who are immunocompromised.

the overarching concern is the potential to produce vaccine hesitancy.

this seems to be missing an important part of the headline
