There is no meaningful crack down on online piracy in china. :) This is very different from the kind of censorship that IS in china though, the content isn't being blocked for censorship reasons, but for commercial reasons.

All censorship is blocking for censorship reasons. You probably meant to say that the UK doesn't block content for political reasons.
