Ask HN: How to find companies with fewer than 'x' employees that is hiring?

https://angel.co/ displays the number of employees that a company has right next to the job listing and generally listings there favor smaller organizations. Otherwise there's the option of manually sifting through results and cross references sources like linkedin to check employee counts. Per the HN Who's hiring thread, there were at least 26 instances of the phrase "small team" this month, but that doesn't necessarily imply the whole company is small, though I guess it's an ok filter to start with.

seems angel.co has a company size filter -- clutch.

gracias.

Fantastic idea! This would be great if we could make it part of the "Who's hiring" posts on HN. It's not hard to research a company to find out, but it would be convenient as an initial filter.

Not exactly by numbers, but I subscribe to and like keyvalues by Lynne Tye - https://www.keyvalues.com/

Some indicators: Amount of money raised, number of employees listed on LinkedIn.
