Most companies have a list like this and other values they claim but rarely follow.
In all large companies at one point the stars aligned and you had smart, connected devs and sales people that made a great product, executed and sold. This fades after a while, you get academics and newbies that derail and complicated a good thing.
I have seen it over and over again. Hulu is a good example, started out very strong and slowly became a terrible product. Til this I dont understand the UI.
