Gitlab didn't make all starter features part of the free tier. Now we're forced to pay for premium without gaining any features relevant for our team.

Edit: FYI starter was previously a paid tier.

Starter isn’t the free tier. It’s the self hosted equivalent of Bronze. And that’s also being removed.
