Even Apple calls it iPadOS: https://www.apple.com/ipados/ipados-14/

Their title seems accurate.

iPad != iPadOS != iOS which was your original modification to the title.

My point is, it’s iPad specific. So iPad/iPadOS is fine here, and not iOS.

And iOS != IOS (Cisco).
