Facebook disclosure rules need to be replaced by regulations enforced by inspectors. Self regulation has catastrophically failed, governments need to act.

Facebook is an utility like the electric grid and cannot continue behaving as if it was a startup composed by a couple of developers.

It's better to just regulate online advertising practices like traditional advertising. Facebook at best is a digital town square, not a utility.
