Not sure about the OS, but they introduced Universal 2 at WWDC 2020

The OS is compiled as Universal 2.


Does this mean that after two years, Apple won't support Intel processors anymore? I just bought a 10-core iMac so really hoping that's not the case. My I'm misunderstanding.


They will likely support that for a couple years at least.


more than that. They reiterated that they will continue to sell Intel Macs for the next few years. I reckon we'll get another decade at least


Did they say that? I would be surprised if they released more Intel Macs.
