To me, and I suspect to many other people outside of Silicon Valley, this just sounds like "those 3 people you should know about just started a company". Fine. But in this case there is absolutely nothing: no product picture or description, etc. So we're left with guess work (which is also fine I suppose).

It's a bit like telling us that Susie and Jim from Facebook just got engaged. It's good news if you know them, but a bit disappointing otherwise.
