And Microsoft is only seeing a resurgence by basically marginalizing Windows. I didn’t argue that MS isn’t successful but that Windows has lost importance in the modern tech industry.
Microsoft is about Microsoft, not Windows.
While windows is loosing relevance, my Microsoft stock keeps on getting more valued. Dividends also keep coming and growing.
In the Gates/Ballmer era MS was definitely about Windows. They even withheld Office from iOS even though they had it ready during the Ballmer era to prop up Windows.
