theres some discussion regarding a hotfix that uses this developers tool for deployment. typically it can be disabled, and this is where you would want to look first to see what your setting at, if you even have one, [some dont!?] then set it accordingly.

Why is this important? some intermediary certificate expired and mozilla FF apps are ^disabled^ so they are pushing cert updates over this mechanism.
