I'm another person that learned about Erlang through Elixir. Never got to talk to Joe Armstrong in person. But I do want to acknowledge that his work with Erlang, via Elixir, has given me the opportunity and hope of becoming an entrepreneur this year. I'm thankful for what he has given to the world.
