Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC, is for anyone who uses Windows to get work done, or is more technically minded, going to be the most useful version of Windows 10 that exists, and provide the best experience.

For a lot of Windows users this is the dream version of Windows, but that comment was taken from R/Piracy... Individual users cannot buy it no matter how much they want it, its only available via an enterprise volume license.

So someone at MS knows what a utile and uninvasive version of Windows looks like, they've even made it and sell it, just not to the majority of users.
