IMO, you should join the class and let the lawyers argue over who is responsible. Maybe you get something, maybe you get nothing, but it is really, really important to have lawyers hold large companies financially responsible for externalities when possible.

Not really important for the comment, but I lived near UCF (05 grad), but obviously spent a lot of time in Avalon park.
