Hiring a Senior Database Administrator to focus on our large MySQL footprint (175TB+ in production), along with our growing footprint of MongoDB, DynamoDB and RDS. Emphasis on HA, backups/DR, performance tuning, and automation.

We're running MySQL 5.6/5.7 on Linux (mostly CentOS), along with AWS. Scripting in Bash and Python. Nagios/Percona monitoring + many native MySQL tools + custom stuff we've built.
