Are we moving back to the era of "system administrators" albeit with fancier titles? No more "DevOps" - Between getting to grips with all the operations+infrastructure tooling (kubernetes,terraform, aws-zoo-of-services,docker) dayseems your everyday programmer has a lot to get updated on. Just a few years back we wherein the devops-sweetspot ! Programmers setting up infrastructure or at least being close to the infrastructure. Seems we back to needing "specialised ppl" just for infrastructure! :(
