Messenger has, in the last two months or two, started to block or otherwise fail to deliver about a quarter of the links I try to send. There seems to be no correlation in the type or sources of the links. It doesn't seem to be limited to low traffic/niche domains as I've had plenty of youtube/github links fail to send in addition to news. Even links to BBC/Economist/FT/WaPo/Bloomberg get blocked sometimes and some of those are newspapers of record. It also doesn't appear to be limited to low traffic or controversial content within those domains as I've had links to fairly innocuous stuff on youtube channels like popular cat videos or videos from BBC or CNN get blocked. Same with top posts on reddit or HN which I imagine are shared with considerable volume.

Is anyone else experiencing this or am I in some sick social experiment? I find this kind of silent censorship without any explanation or apparent cause extremely concerning.
