Also, if you do a quick web search you will find that this is not just unlucky, it is common although in the grand scheme of things it might be nothing for Coinbase or perhaps you are just not personally dealing with these types of problems. You know a minority can be a pretty large group of people.
Look, my comment is not meant to bash Coinbase but there are issues with the service and it can be ironed out to make it so much better.
