As far as I know, the only correct action is to write a letter detailing the entire situation to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Washington DC.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet.



Maybe you can elaborate as to why this is the correct course of action? I've never heard of this office.


They are BoA's federal regulator.
