I'm looking for a technical cofounder who can help build out a SaaS app for a simple and free productivity web app that I currently own. The site gets 300K visitors per month, and a paid tier could generate a good side income.

However, I'm having trouble finding development partners. I would rather split any income with someone who can build out the site and spend 1-2 hrs maintaining it every month than just hire someone to do it one off and pay every time a small bug pops up. Any ideas on where to find good 'cofounders'? Or people interested in joining a side project?
