We primarily code in NodeJS, we use and contribute back to open source software and some of us have been writing JavaScript and Node for many years and know the ins and outs of the ecosystem very well.
On the operations side we're in AWS, make extensive use of docker and use salt and terraform. If you want more details I can bring you in touch with one of our DevOps engineers.
