Yeah that was badly written. I meant in Maven are way more powerful libraries than in crates.io. Most things in crates.io aren't really "stable" or "useful" (yet). They are in a really early stage, while in Java you have access to thousands production ready / tested libraries. I.E. Pdfbox, Netty, Akka, etc..


Ah, yes that's true. The java ecosystem had much more time to mature, and it shows.
