The issue isn't "test kits". Its labs to run the tests. It seems like the CDC and state governments are addressing that. Not really sure what this is trying to solve.

> their a distant #2 in the cloud space

I'd challenge that assertion outside the SV world. 2nd place definitely, but distant no so much, at least in the circles I work in.

According to this analysis of Q4 2018, AWS has twice the market share (32.3%) of MS's (16.5):

I would call that "distant."

This is completely subjective, but I wouldn't consider a 16% difference all that distant, myself. ("Twice" can be misleading; 2% is twice 1%.)

All planes with under mounted engines pitch up under power. Some more than others. The MAX just happens to do it more than a traditional 737.

I don't think the problem is pitching behaviour.

The problem is the fact the MCAS is required to fix the pitching problem.

Boeing tried to fix the design issue with a workaround solution only to then find they had created another, even bigger problem.

It was supposed to just apply to warrants for routine searches at or near the border but has been expanded over time due to lack of oversight.

I'm not sure what planet you live on, but there are plenty of things far bigger and more important than GitHub running in Azure.

You'll be fine. We run a number of AKS clusters and they have all been rock solid. I think the problem is people hear "managed cluster" and so they don't think they need to understand how k8s works. Follow best practices (resource limits, etc.) and you'll be just fine. We've even tested out the upgrade flow on a live production cluster and it was butter smooth.
