it's a series of single points of failure on different levels, so, not multiple points of faiure, but much worse, single point after single point, which means the house of cards fails as often as any of them. The internet of 2020 is a monolith

Is there a web API for changing passwords? Would be nice if these passwords managers could help you change passwords when they are found on a list through an API (that would require the old password anyway).

This is a great take, but also one that will change rapidly as the US is reaching Europe- and japan levels of aging. After precipitous falls in birth rates, it is becoming increasingly difficult to expect that children will be taking care of elderly parents, especially for a long and protracted "third age". This is a default expectation in the current generations but i think younger people have different expectations for themselves and their children's lives.

This presents an opportunity where technology can make (and is making) a difference. It is also the reason why we want Longevity biotech to make our healthspan equal to our lifespans. We are already seeing the need of this during the COVID shutdowns

I remember doing some blind source separation for audio when i was at school, that allows you to discriminate multiple voices in noise environment. I wonder what would be the set of output signals in the case of images ... maybe the image illuminated by different sources?
