"They are all sheep" is rich coming from the most conformist group in existence. There is a reason they use "blue-haired" as an insult. Their rugged individualism can't tolerate deviating from the flock for acceptable hair styles. Conservatives are clowns. They would be funny, except they are destroying our country.
Claude Code on NixOS feels like it has super powers. Being able to spin up a nix-shell with needed dependencies on demand gives it access to all sorts of tools I don't have or want installed on my base system. My "book-recommendation" claude code uses sqlite to manage my reading history and to-read and maybe-read lists but I never installed tools for sqlite and they aren't present on my NixOS desktop. It just launches a nix-shell with sqlite anytime it needs to read/modify the database. As long as the database file is within the directory claude code was launched from, it doesn't need to prompt for permission. With the caching that NixOS does, it's fast enough to not even think about.
Let us know when you take your guns to defend Minnesota. Or are the actions being committed there by the government not a sufficient amount of "civil chaos" for you to take action? I just wish gun owners were honest. You're not here to defend anyone or anything. You just like to make small holes in paper targets.
Individual vigilante action is not the answer. Collectivization, political organization is. Guns are for self-defense and armed conflict. I can't solve this problem on my own, until there is mass collectivization then I'm only an individual and cannot just go around taking on a rogue authoritarian government. That's absurd. Besides, I personally have physical handicaps, I'm not Batman. And I spoke for leftists. I cannot control what other people do. But divisive crap like this is not helping to unify anything.

You literally know nothing about me and are making assumptions about how I think and operate based on a single fact you think you know about me. That is textbook prejudice. All you're doing is showing that you don't understand the point of the Bill of Rights or what checks and balances it takes to uphold a fair government.

I find it strange that so many people have a desire to rewrite the history of conservatism to turn it into something it is not and has never been. Conservatism has literally never been about a slow and measured rate of change and balancing budgets. Those are only things that liberals care about. Conservatism has always been about finding some "other" to scapegoat for all of your problems and leveraging the government to keep people in their rightful places. Just look at the major initiatives conservatives have taken up over the course of our nation's history. They fought a war against their friends and relatives in order to maintain slavery. They fought against women's suffrage. They fought against civil rights. They fought and are still fighting against gay rights. They are anti-immigration in a nation literally built on immigration. Conservatives have been on the wrong side of history since the very beginning fighting to maintain awful things and spread their cruelty to new targets. Why spend the effort to pretend otherwise?
Most high quality modern homes are built to be air tight and bring air in with exchangers. Monopoly framing is how they are approaching this with stick frame houses. They essentially create what looks like a building from the game Monopoly (no overhangs) with air tight materials and tape every hole they can find. They will install a blower door and measure how much air leaks from the building envelope. The overhanging features are installed outside of the air tight monopoly frame.
All of the Zip boards are air and water tight and they use the tape on all of the seams to seal those. The roof will sit on top of the already water & air tight frame. Same with the siding.
