I would be curious if I wasn't so far beyond burnt out.

Forcing TPM garbage was such an anti-user move, especially when it's not actually required and only gives a few basic features like windows hello. You block an upgrade over that? Beyond dumb.

This is really the crux of it, and I think a larger motivator than is given credit. If wfh = +2 Engineering -2 Management and you are weak on management, you RTO.

I had a very similar experience growing up, except the Amiga was a 500, replacing a Mattel Aquarius, and Deluxe Paint III just came out.

You should add a section on polarization.

Yep, same here. It is a good refresher.

It's all luck. Hard work gives you more opportunities to play. It doesn't mean you'll win.

I run a game server running a 32bit binary from 2004. I guess I will not be upgrading in the future.

"...made incremental improvements to CUDA" just doesn't get you promoted like "creator of GPU Kernel Programming language Tilus"

> Many left handed players reverse the arrangement.

This is untrue and actually uncommon. Not every instrument is a guitar. Left handed cello players don't string their instrument upside-down. They play it right handed.
