But you're not. No amount of mental gymnastics can help at this point to justify all the evil things USA does around the globe because of greed and lust for dominance.

Numbers have never been in Ukraine's favor. With provided funds and tech by EU and US to mass produce long range weapons Ukraine managed to shorten the gap somewhat, but they're still losing, and they're a "zombie" country that is still afloat just because tens of billions are pumped into their economy and military every year.
It depends a bit how you calculate your numbers. Ukraine vs Russia, Russia wins. Democratic world that doesn't want dictators invading it vs Russia, democracy wins.
The company was registered in Prague for political and financial reasons, but it has always been Russian to the core. Yes, they had multiple offices outside of Russia, but they were still mostly populated by relocated Russians. That's why their product quality significantly dropped since 2022, as they've cut themselves from their main source of engineers.
Significant portion of their staff left in 2022, when they decided to relocate from Russia and they keep bleeding engineers ever since. Despite registration in Prague, JetBrains has always been a Russian company with dominantly Russian employees.
