Yeah well so its 2022 and we have another house bubble at least as big as the one in 2007. And oil prices are sky-rocketing. Do the math. I do not know about you but I am not buying property in this market. Market is meant to crash if we follow the logic from this article. But I could be wrong. Do not take my advice
What I read here is that except Tesla, Audi and Jaguar, all vehicle manufacturers use badly designed batteries. For Tesla, temperature is only a slight problem for model S and it is because it is by far the oldest model. Newer models (X, Y, 3) do not have a temperature dependent-range. It speaks of the quality of lithium ion batteries in these vehicles. While German manufacturers and other US brands have a long way ahead until their vehicles can be deemed reliable. I do not own a car but if I did and it had to be electric I would buy a Tesla. Unless I lived in the hottest country on earth where Hyundai's batteries, funny but true, have 10% extra mileage for free ;)
