This is a great resource. I’ve also started collecting information on all contact tracing apps being released worldwide. This is at https://cov19tech.org - to share as an open resource. The source code for the site is on GitHub and the content is all CC licensed. If anyone would like to help, please get in touch
I'm the initiator of https://cov19tech.org. I've started to collect information on the variety of contact tracing / exposure notification being built across the world. The website itself is open source (https://github.com/Cov19tech/cov19tech), all the content is Creative Commons licensed and I'm hoping to get interested users to help collect information on this rapidly evolving area of the tech world. Right now the content on the site is fairly sparse - largely a table summarizing the approaches of about 30 different apps as well as a couple of more detailed write-ups on some of the apps in draft form. I'll be adding write-ups on each app in the coming days. This will hopefully give technically-inclined folks a way to understand and evaluate how these are being implemented across the world. I'd like to see if there is interest in having such a resource available, as well as see if there are people who would like to help out. Eventually, I'd like to start covering more than just contact tracing apps - and have sections on other technologies that are being applied to helping stop the spread of COVID-19.
Please do share any thoughts/comments/feedback you have!

Positions:
Backend Engineer (Python, AWS) - Our backend runs on AWS, is primarily built in Python, and uses services such as AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, RedShift, etc. We are looking for someone who is well versed in both Python and AWS. Responsibilities will involve automating and scaling our current data pipeline, as well continuing to build out our data capture and data analytics capabilities.
Full-Stack Engineer - We are additionally looking for an engineer that can help with both our front and backend. We have a set of web dashboards that researchers and clinicians use to view and interact with the data we capture. Our dashboards use Angular (though we are considering moving to React) and our backend is built with Python. You'll be responsible for building out our dashboard capabilities and helping implement the APIs and infrastructure (built on AWS) used to power the dashboards. Depending on your skill set (e.g. more backend focussed) there are similarities with the Backend Engineer position posted above
Data Scientist - We are looking for a mid or senior level data scientist to help drive our efforts in data analysis and machine learning. Primary responsibilities will include analyzing our sensor data to better charecterize patients' behavioral patterns, and developing algorithms for personalized just-in-time interventions to assist patients whose mental health is deteriorating.

It's really exciting that this work is being recognized with a Nobel Prize. The company I'm working with (HealthRhythms - https://healthrhythms.com) is building products for understanding circadian rhythms and other behavioral patterns as they relate to mental health. There is an interesting body of research that suggests that understanding behavioral patterns and rhythms can help diagnose mental health conditions. And conversely, working with patients to correct and regularize their rhythms can be helpful in treatment.
Here is a paper by one of our founders related to rhythm-based therapies in bipolar disorder:
As a company, we are using data from mobile phones (GPS, accelerometer, etc) to build rhythm profiles based on individuals' sleep, activity, movement, and phone use patterns. These profiles are then used to build personalized treatment programs to help people correct their rhythms. If you are interested in working on any of these, please do drop us a line (jobs@healthrhythms.com). We are looking for iOS developers and backend (Swift/Objective-C) developers (AWS and Python). I also posted in the Who's hiring thread so you can look there for more details
Aren't you basically foursquare but for health? Just taking a bunch of data, repackaging and reselling it to the health industry. I went to your site and I don't see anything besides "we take a bunch of data and apply machine learning" and other fluffy writing. It reads like snake oil.
"We take a bunch of random data and somehow do some ML stuff and something something mental health... here's some pictures of a old people!"
Maybe I'm too dumb or don't understand what you're doing but this was my first impression.
My thoughts exactly. The data isn't totally random but it's most likely very lacking in many ways. Yet another example of how perfectly correct math will most probably lead to wrong results due to false premise
