I just charge mine while I shower, 20-30 min get's me back to 100%.

Yup, confirmed here as well. Multiple team members also having issues.

They shouldn't. If FB has a proper PMA culture in place, you figure out why the processes in place didn't work that allowed this kind of change to happen, so more testing, etc. Should be a blameless exercise.

Using it, and would love to roll it out to more of our services, but cost is the big concern for us.
