If you’d prefer to keep your learning notes in computable notebook like Mathematica then you may try my little side project: https://github.com/masteranza/ScienceNotebooks

Thanks for sharing your great work! I think your project will be helpful, as we also want our learners to be able to learn without any hesitation. I'll take it seriously!

I don't mean to discourage you, but what made you build another platform instead of using Anki?

I have tried to introduce my friends to flashcards using Anki but the whole interface and program somehow seemed daunting and outdated for them. So I have tried to build an online platform with a minimalist UI where it is much easier to collaborate and create flashcards.

Yet this is unedited recording.

Just because the title the audio as RAW AUDIO does not mean anything.

The source completely unreliable. It's more likely to be edited and false than real.

Disagree.

Exactly. ELI5 is that quantum teleportation is (sadly) a marketing phrase. It is 2020 and such phrases as "teleported an object" are simply a mischief.

Anyone installing it on older Macs? Catalina had an improved performance compared with Mojave on my MBA 2013, but I'm hesitant about Big Sur.

My personal rule is to never install a new version of macOS until it hits the first point version, so 10.16.1 in this case, that usually resolves the very worst bugs it ships with.

It's 11.0, and the initial release is actually 11.0.1, so there's that!

Ha, good point - so maybe I'd counsel waiting for 11.1.1...

11.1, you mean.

Runs outstanding on both of my Broadwell based devices.

MacBook Air (11-inch, Early 2015) and iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015).

It's fine on a 2015 13" MBP. Compared to recent ones, the beta was pretty uneventful.

2014 MBP user here. Didn't notice much difference performance-wise.

1. Why is your account just 2 weeks old? 2. Apparently the testimony is based on the story told by who are trying hard to get their sentences reduced.

New accounts are welcome on HN. Your comment breaks the site guideline against insinuation of astroturfing, shilling, etc. Please read https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html and don't do that. The rest of your comment is fine.

1. Why is your account just 2 weeks old?

Maybe he created his account two weeks ago? How old was your account two weeks after you created it?

> Why is your account just 2 weeks old?

It was made then. This was a very dumb question. One that tells more about where the person asking it is coming from than what could possibly be put into the answer itself.

What did you expect?

"Oh yes I made this account for the purposes of manipulating public opinion about Assange in this specific thread. Muahaha and I would've gotten away with it if it wasn't for someone looking at my profile creation date."

Everyone thinking this seems to have resulted in it happening a couple days early. It's not yet clear whether today or tomorrow is a good time to short BTC.

It sounds like the author might have been better off turning into science than technology.

The example the author provided is too trivial to convince me to use lean.

[Here](https://arxiv.org/abs/1907.01449) is a Lean formalisation of a 2017 Annals of Mathematics paper.
