There are also multiple ongoing projects attempting to implement incremental parsers(1, 2, 3) e.g. for tree-sitter. To make editing SQL code more convenient.

Two points:

* Part of the refugees speak Russian and removing Russian language content has negative impact on them.

* Better education and collaboration with different cultures reduces risk of such events.

I feel like this decision doesn't have a positive impact.
