trying to get my Amazon AWS Machine Learning Cert. Certs definitely give you credibility in this game nowadays. Google Cloud certs are also good, as well as CyberSecurity stuff

Dunno, I got AWS CSA-P and it never got me any new interviews. Granted I stopped looking and only took interviews from people that looked for me actively.

good tip!

Wow! This is the first Show HN on this site I might actually use. This is a great idea and a good price point. The only suggestion I have is to fix the FAQ section towards the end of the page because there seems to be some formatting issues. But good job bud.

Thanks bud! Will actually look the FAQ section to fix it, thanks so much for your feedback!

Find a new gig.

There will be disengaged workers no matter what company you work for (with a few exceptions like perhaps NASA) so your best bet is to learn how to work with them instead

I agree, however, if the disengaged coworker(s) and OP's consequent lack of motivation are both symptoms of the work itself, finding a new gig could lead to more satisfying work.

Lawyer up! Delete facebook! Hit the gym!

Asking OP to get stuff done with people in that state, does not make it sound like the company are setting you up for success. If the company are also responsible for how they ended up like that, finding a new gig sounds like a good solution.

vercel.com. They have a free tier that links to your github repo and hosts your web app at "custom-subdomain.vercel.app".

I have other apps hosted on Vercel but they are Next.js apps which isn't a problem because Vercel is serverless.

For this monorepo I need 2 servers running.

Don't even bother teaching them English. They'll learn that naturally at school, tv, internet, friends, etc.

Subconsciously you conquered one mountain. Now your brain seeks new challenges. Seems like a good thing to me.
