Thanks! I totally agree RSpec's a good library to dive into too. To understand how it works, I wrote Raptor (https://github.com/jeffkreeftmeijer/raptor) a while back. I might write about that too, sometime. :)

I actually used PeepOpen a lot when I was still on TextMate, but I totally forgot about it after using Command-T for a while. I'll check it out again if I run into any issues. :)

If you want the "old" MacVim fullscreen mode back (which supports multiple monitor full screen), just throw this into your terminal:

    defaults write org.vim.MacVim MMNativeFullScreen 0

That's exactly why I tried again. The drawer is just a way not to go completely mad when I'm stuck trying to open files "the fast way" and I think these tools make it easier for people to get the hang of it. :)

You can click on NERDTree with a mouse-enabled vim, for the record.

I know, I've used it for a while, but somehow it just didn't feel right, if you know what I mean. :)

Sure, I get it.

For me, vim is surprisingly similar to drinking scotch: I first tried it at age 19, and wasn't pleased with my experience at first. But a wise mentor informed me it took a little getting used to, showed me how to do it right, and after a month or two I loved it.

hug!

Thanks for your awesome work, Wayne. :)

Good idea, Daniel. Hashr is a tip too: https://github.com/svenfuchs/hashr :)

Here's a direct link to the contest page: http://codebrawl.com/contests/rspec-formatters :)

I know the code snippet doesn't actually work, but I used it because it looks pretty cool. `if ready? && set? then fight!` is the first Ruby snippet one that I really like. :)

This is very cool. It seems like a well thought out process too. Any plans on doing languages other than Ruby?

I'd be down for a perl regex fight. The great part about that is the participants would look like they were typing obscenities at each other.

Yes, it can handle atom feeds too. If you have a feed Tapir can't read, let me know and I'll look into it. :)

We're definitely looking into this and hope to find a clean solution soon. We started by indexing RSS since it was what we needed and since it was _way_ simpler to implement for a first version. Stay tuned! :)

Given a sitemap.xml, that could be used to index static site without the need for a feed.

Since sitemap is a /standard/ (sic!) document hence no need to reimplement the wheel for true static sites.
