This is very cool .... so polished, love the sound effects!

Any plans to open source the editing tools part of this? (separate from the web page building part of it). Seems great for annotating/collaborating on existing web pages.

You’re right around public opinion but I think the approach is correct.

I remember reading a study showing clear correlation between politicians salary and corruption levels.

We need better people doing the job and when they get there they need to not be persuadable away from either their values or the work they are being paid to do because of money.

Their values are money. You don't go to Eton, become a Tory MP and work for your constituency. You get there to gain influence and power that you can peddle to anyone willing to give you money. The ability to shift and sell public services to people for favours, donations and cash is part of their system, not a flaw that would be eradicated by another 50k

Similar idea to mailtrap but has a web widget so that you can embed it in the projects you’re building, improving the UX for devs and testers.

(Disclaimer: It’s mine!)

Great domain name

Thanks! It took a while to come up with this name

That's very cool. The 3D visualisation is great. Going skiing soon, I will try it out

Thanks! let me know how it goes.

Project Description: an email testing tool for devs and testers. Provides a “fake” SMTP server, a web app and an embedded web “widget” for seeing test emails inside the app you’re building.

To be tested: If I were to be specific, we’ve had a few people sign up but never actually try it out. I’d like feedback on the onboarding process/website to see how to make it easier to get going/understand it.

Probably not race related. Ever since Brexit/Covid restaurants are understaffed. We regularly go in to empty restaurants and get told they’re fully booked. If it’s a chain place, especially, the staff just don’t care enough to “fit you in”.

This is the correct answer. It’s because of post-Brexit staffing issues. Just because there’s a table it doesn’t mean there’s enough front-of-house or back-of-house staff to serve it.

See this recent article: https://www.theguardian.com/food/2022/dec/04/staff-shortages...

Britain is not racist per se, it’s xenophobic. For years before Brexit the group that drew the most ire were white Eastern Europeans.

Being African American might even be an asset as there’s a bit of a stigma against white Americans.
