Guy makes the case that his credit was wrongfully harmed by Citibank. Right or wrong, what's particularly interesting is how he has been treated by Citibank and how much everything has escalated as a result. I think we all can relate to poor customer service experiences with large bureaucracies. This is an especially egregious example. I would have titled it, "Ignored into Arbitration." Dispute resolution need not be this tedious and expensive.
