After almost two years of (net) work which took me more than a decade (interrupted), I can finally say that I am thorough and this works and highly recommended. There are a lot of disorders that I thought I had but ultimately it seems that all of these are my coping mechanisms that worked when I was a child but drags me down as an adult.
