There is the vim adventures site https://vim-adventures.com/ but it doesn’t sound quite like what you are looking for.

It's also pretty expensive. $30 for 6 months, I believe. At least a year would be a somewhat more attractive value proposition. But they must be doing fine with that pricing, it's been around forever. So good for them!

This is how I learned Vim a decade ago. Highly recommend.

Semi-literate programming?

This is a competitive post par excellence, for politeness, accuracy and still doing a great job of demonstrating fly.io's key competitive points vs MRSK.

I'd love it if all 'vs' and competitive marketing was this good.

There’s a difficult asymmetry in that it takes much longer to build in house expertise that it does to privatise it.

Privatisation also often allows a short term financial boost at long term net expense.

M1/M2 Mac or a Raspberry Pi?

Mac is a lot of money to spend if you care about good Linux support, and Raspberry Pi makes for a very weak workstation (if you can even get one for a reasonable price).

The demand for a developer-oriented ARM workstation is there, but the market still hates us.

Or any of the ARM Chromebooks. Enable Linux mode on it and go to town.

One suspects that even some of the people behind this effort are skeptical, when you read between the lines.

As with the rest of crypto, 99% a solution in search of a problem.

Banking in the U.K. isn’t perfect but for the majority of consumers it’s quick, easy and convenient and by and large fee free.

Do your own research is in this case code for it hasn’t happened.

The closest you can find is: - the hostile environment denying immigrants banking services (while an obvious injustice, unrelated to their political views) [1] - seizures etc related to crime (including terrorism)

Most denials of banking services are due to poor credit history and as mentioned in this thread Basic Bank accounts exist as a mandated product to serve this market.

You can see some of the reasons why around a million U.K. adults are unbanked through this research and evidence [2] - suspiciously not appearing on this list is anything with even a hint of denial due to political belief or actions.

So please do enlighten us of all these alleged cases of politically motivated un-banking.

Is there a good theme for KDE that hews closely to the w2k/w2k3 look and feel?

I have fond memories of using wxpx64 which was basically w2k3 desktop edition.

Tridactyl does the job for most websites pretty well as for text heavy sites like documentation it’s very good.

Neither on FF or Safari on Mac.
