I recently published Kurbelfahrplan, a FOSDEM schedule app for the Playdate. This was the first project where I’ve been quite happy with using Claude Code for development, and used it much beyond Copilot autocomplete and came closer to vibe-coding. There's a blog post[0] that explains the process a little, and the claude-session[1] is published as well.
The app does work in the simulator[2] if you would like to try it. Please submit bug reports in person at fosdem.
For minimal stuff, I just have a pre-commit hook that runs
pandoc -s README.md -o index.html
I've done the xlst thing as well, but to generate markdown instead of HTML from Zotero export XML as the input. https://github.com/captn3m0/boardgame-research. But again, I throw the make command into a pre-commit because I want the README to be updated in the same commit.
This gets me thinking that the US would benefit so much from trading its income tax for an aggressive estate tax. The US would have far greater tax revenue, the standard of living would dramatically increase for the average citizen, and idiots like these two would be powerless. Let influence be reserved for those who have built it.
I will actually pay for this if this includes the complete issue/PR data, as well as the ability to review/approve/merge PRs. The GitHub UI is so slow that loading each 5 line PR is just too slow and I have to open the diff in a new tab, because going back reloads the whole damn thing instead of the amazing jquery/pjax cached version from a decade ago that worked fast even on 3G networks.
Aside: you will need permission to use the Git trademark.
Surprised this wasn’t flagged off. This clearly isn’t a Show HN - it’s a waitlist signup. Please read the guidelines:
> If your work isn't ready for users to try out, please don't do a Show HN. Once it's ready, come back and do it then. Don't post landing pages or fundraisers.
