But still, with 132 million active monthly users, that leaves 2.4 million people who now can't access their games. So I disagree with that being "not worth the effort".
Actually just breathed a sigh of relief, as this will allow me to finally dispossess myself of my long-owned Core2Duo GTA-IV rig that I hadn't been able to let go of, just hours ago.
You have been a great machine, but it's time for us to move along.
This source is not very trustworthy. No one usually uses 24-hour format in a few places not noted here, such as Holland, a decent-sized European country that many people have heard of. But they are not shaded in this chart. So I wonder how many others are also not shaded.
In many European countries, the 12-hour format is used in speech, but not in writing. You'd say "Let's meet at seven", but you'd write "Let's meet at 19:00". The context being software, I'd say it's a pretty solid claim to say most countries use a 24-hour clock.
Do you have a source that young and healthy people are dying from COVID-19? Just curious.
The best I have is the Italian National Institute of Health (ISS) which did a study on all 2003 dead (back when that was the number). Only 5 have been under the age of 40 and all of them had medical preconditions.
There are young and healthy people that show heavy symptoms and even need ventilation, but they all seem to survive.
Average age of dead was 80.5 and mode had 3 underlying medical conditions. Based on the distributions of the dead world-wide it's pretty safe to say that overwhelmingly the young and healthy do not succumb. There will always be a fringe minority, as there are with the flu. For reference, the flu and other common perennial viruses cause 40% of all cases of community-acquired bacterial pneumonia. [1]
Well, it's true. Here [1] is the corresponding law, here [2] is wikipedia with some expamples what counts as passive weapons (plastic film, basecaps reinforced with plastic, gasmasks, knee pads, … ) and here [3] is a case where a paramedic was sentenced for wearing a helmet.
To [3] it is worth to add, that the civil paramedics usualy come from and are part of the (leftwing) scene, where the demonstrants are coming from, so they are not exatly like the Red Cross. So are viewed by the police as enemies as well. And that the person was freed of all charges in the next instance.
(still, it is outrageous, that he was charged in the first place)
then SEO would turn towards having an army of bots upvoting your product and downvoting the competitor. And if you have something in between to detect bots, users wouldn't want to use it (who would solve a captcha to help optimize search results?) and SEO would find ways around it
> Fyne ships with two themes by default, "light" and "dark". […] The default is dark
As someone who uses dark-themes for absolutely everything, which sometimes requires quite some hassle (I am looking at you Slack), I welcome the trend to offer a dark theme next to a light one. And having dark as default is even better. Thank you!
