I'm really glad YC is taking a clear stand against China.
I also understand why they are not further ruffling any feathers by phrasing their "update" as such.
It is also a bit disappointing from a patriotic standpoint that the general public reaction to this update is that people are _sad_ YC is withdrawing. Given how much we have all benefited from our nation's world-class innovation economy here, we should at least pay the piper.
